We all have a mixture of male and female energy, and this class/healing session will focus on releasing the pain, emotions, and energies that block our Divine Feminine energy. We will use the Divine Feminine aspects of nurturing and receiving to heal ourselves energetically, so that we can begin to use our female energy to create more of what we want in our lives. We will end with a brief sound healing with frequencies individualized for each person’s needs.
$20. No prior experience required and there is new content for returning students. This is a seated meditation class, so no supplies are needed. You are welcome to bring a beverage or snack if you desire.
