Back by popular demand, and in perfect timing before the Level 2 class in April!
Learn Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki Level 1 to begin or deepen your energy healing practice, focusing first on self-healing physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. This class includes lecture, discussion, hands-on experience, a manual, and a certificate.
You will learn about the history of Reiki and increased frequency of Holy Fire®III energy, how it works to heal yourself and others, and you will receive the Reiki 1 Holy Fire®III Placement (what was called an “attunement” in traditional Usui Reiki). You will discover and explore the chakras and aura, Reiki meditation, and hand positions for scanning and healing. You will also learn additional grounding techniques to support your Reiki practice.
