In my massage ministry, I use a holistic approach focusing not only on the physical aspect of healing, but the mental and spiritual as well. The body stores emotions that can become "stuck" in the tissues. A combination of massage and energy work is often needed.

Laura has helped me to integrate this holistic approach more effectively. She has taught me a lot about grounding techniques to keep my space clear so as not to take on the negative energy that can be released by my clients during the massage sessions.
